Extended due to success: the Amaryllis. Fleurop Germany has chosen to run an Amaryllis shopper activation for the third year running. Anyone who buys an Amaryllis campaign bouquet at Fleurop Germany between 24 November and 24 December will be entered to win a second one – which would make a great Christmas present.

The shopper activation is a joint initiative among Fleurop Germany, Amaryllis growers and The Flower Council of Europe. A total of 200 Amaryllis bouquets are up for grabs. Sales targets were more than exceeded in both 2020 and 2021 and the Amaryllis shopper activation pushed up turnover considerably. As sales were partly down to the coronavirus pandemic (which saw a sharp rise in the number of online orders), expectations for this year were slightly more modest.

Fleurop challenged its own florists to give the campaign a boost. Their job was to put together the most beautiful Amaryllis Christmas bouquet and share their creations on Instagram.

This Fleurop Germany shopper activation forms part of the Celebrate Seasons campaign. Fleurop is communicating the campaign through a social media campaign, which is also receiving considerable attention through tollwasblumenmachen.de. The campaign is being communicated at participating florists by means of POS material, such as posters, flyers and ceiling placards.
